Kevin Laborde

A native of central Louisiana, Kevin is the founder and President of CFR. He earned his degree in finance from Georgetown University and a MBA from Louisiana State University. Over the ensuing 22 years, Kevin went on to hold numerous marketing, credit and managerial positions with regional, national and international banks; the last 14 with Bank One in Louisiana (now Chase) where he worked in meeting the credit needs of clients of all sizes.

In addition to CFR, Kevin was an adjunct faculty member for 10 years in the finance department of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he taught a senior level course in commercial banking. Having been a Rotarian for many years, Kevin is the 2010-11 president of the Rotary Club of New Orleans. He also chairs the southeast Louisiana interviewing committee for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Georgetown University, and is a board member of the New Orleans Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.

Edward Williams

Edward Williams is Vice President of Operations for CFR. A native of New York, Edward is a graduate of Tulane University having earned his degree in finance. Though CFR keeps Edward quite busy, he finds time to play the slide guitar with his band "The Revivalists" and other area artists.

Olivia Ventola

Olivia Ventola is a Vice President at CFR focusing on Business Development. Hailing from New Roads Louisiana, Olivia brings a diverse background to CFR drawing on her prior commercial banking (JP Morgan Chase)and corporate (McMoran Exploration) work experiences. A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans with a finance major, Olivia has also served as the Loyola University Business Alumni Board President.

Tara Knowles

Tara Knowles brings an impressive resume to our affiliated company, CFR Consulting, LLC, where she delivers technology driven accounting solutions to small businesses. With an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, Tara went on to obtain a Masters in Business Administration from Metropolitan College in New York. She spent over 6 years with Goldman Sachs & Co. where she developed administrative and accounting skills used today in developing client solutions.
